Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. Subscription Cancellation
Sigma Speak AI subscriptions do not automatically renew.
A purchased subscription remains available until its stated expiry date. Because automatic renewal is not used, users do not need to cancel a future recurring charge.
2. Renewal After Expiry
After a subscription expires, the user may manually purchase another available plan if they wish to continue paid access.
3. General Refund Rule
A successfully paid and activated subscription is generally non-refundable once access has been activated.
4. Duplicate or Technical Payments
A refund request may be reviewed where there is a confirmed duplicate payment or a verified technical payment problem for which the customer did not receive the intended subscription benefit.
5. How to Request Review
Contact sur7449@gmail.com with the account email, approximate payment date, plan purchased, and payment reference if available.
Do not send complete card numbers, banking passwords, OTPs, CVVs, or other confidential payment credentials.
6. Refund Processing
Where a refund is approved, it will normally be processed through the applicable payment channel. Actual credit time may depend on the payment provider, bank, or card issuer.
