Sigma Speak AI is an AI-powered English speaking learning service operated as an individual business under the business name Sigma Speak AI.

2. Service

Sigma Speak AI provides digital English-learning services including AI-assisted conversation practice, speaking and pronunciation features, learning activities, progress tools, and related digital content.

3. User Accounts

Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials and for activity performed through their account.

4. Plans and Payments

Paid plans are displayed with their applicable price and subscription duration before checkout.

Payments may be processed through third-party payment providers such as Razorpay. Sigma Speak AI does not directly store complete card or banking credentials entered into the payment provider's checkout.

5. Subscription Duration and Renewal

Sigma Speak AI subscriptions are fixed-duration, prepaid subscriptions and do not automatically renew.

Access continues until the applicable subscription expiry date. After expiry, the user may manually purchase another available subscription.

6. Refunds and Cancellations

Subscription payments are generally non-refundable after successful activation, except where a duplicate payment or verified technical payment issue applies.

7. AI-Generated Content

AI-generated responses, feedback, evaluations, and learning suggestions are provided for educational purposes and may occasionally contain inaccuracies.

8. Availability

Uninterrupted service availability is not guaranteed. Maintenance, provider outages, network problems, or other technical circumstances may temporarily affect access.

9. Acceptable Use

Users must not use Sigma Speak AI for unlawful, abusive, fraudulent, harmful, or unauthorized purposes.

10. Updates

These Terms may be updated when the service, applicable policies, or legal requirements change.
